Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Journey to Cyber (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Journey to Cyber provides study resources for CompTIA A+ (220-1201 & 220-1202) and Security+ (SY0-701) certification exams, including notes, practice questions, performance-based questions (PBQs), practice exams, and study strategy videos.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• The Service is offered as a paid subscription with monthly and yearly billing options.
• A free trial may be offered at our discretion. Trial access is time-limited and will expire.
• Subscriptions are billed automatically through Stripe until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After two failed attempts, your subscription will be cancelled automatically.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
• Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content from the Service.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including notes, questions, PBQs, videos, and design, is the property of Journey to Cyber and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

7. No Affiliation with CompTIA

Journey to Cyber is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA. All CompTIA exam names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will pass your certification exam. Study materials are provided for educational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Journey to Cyber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
